Will I still get the same concession payments if I join?

Yes. Energy concessions aren't something that retailers create themselves: they're defined by federal and local governments and other government departments such as Centrelink. 

If you're getting any government concessions, such as a pension or disability concession, from your current retailer you can easily tell us what they are when you join. There's a section in our online sign up for this.

We're fully registered with Centrelink so we can match your details and then apply the credits to your bills.
